There are a few lessons on airport wildlife management at school in a weird way, and then we met birds, deer, and tested the wildlife traps during my time at the Airport parking day. Depending on the specimen's state as discovered, these could be feathers, a taste of the bird's guts, or both. To correctly classify birds' species, the Smithsonian then analyses the DNA and returns the detail to the airport to use in their wildlife strike survey.

It is crazy to hold airport records

I found quickly about working in operations that hundreds of big, dense binders loaded with records that are continuously reviewing, editing, and archiving them. For up to two years, the airport is allowed to hold those documents. That ensures they already have a big binder devoted to them for all their training documents, someone hasn't served at the airport in a year and a half.
